Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Or This? app:

1. Open the Or This? app on your device.
2. Tap Profile (bottom-right tab).
3. Scroll down and tap Settings.
4. Tap Privacy & Data.
5. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete your account within 30 days:

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile (name, email, username)
• All outfit photos and AI analysis results
• Your outfit history and scores
• Community posts and comparison posts you shared
• Your inner circle connections
• Push notification tokens
• Subscription and usage records

Subscription billing records may be retained by Apple App Store or Google Play as required by their policies. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data (not linked to your identity) may be retained.

Clear History Without Deleting Account

If you only want to delete your outfit history but keep your account, go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data → Clear Outfit History in the app. This deletes all outfit photos and analysis results while keeping your account active.
